Adding Forms for Inbound Leads

If you would like to add an additional form-based trigger (for example if you would like a FB Ads Form as well as a Youtube Ads Form), you can easily add an additional trigger and miniature campaign within the Inbound Workflow. Complete the following steps, and you'll be all set up:

  1. Go to Automation, and select your Inbound Workflow.
  2. Add Workflow Trigger
    1. Click "Add Workflow Trigger" at the top of the workflow.
    2. Type "[Inbound Type] Form Submitted" → Select "Form Submitted" → Add Filter → Form is → [the new form you created]
  3. Add the Conditional Statement
    1. Locate the "No" path under the "Missed Call", and add another action.
    2. Select "IF/Else"
    3. Type "Is it a [inbound source] form?" → Select "Workflow Trigger" → "is" → Select the name of the Workflow Trigger you created
  4. Create the Coordinating Actions
    1. Under Yes, create an action for "Add Contact Tag" → Type "[Inbound Source] Form" → Click "Add Contact Tag"
    2. Under the Tag, create an action for "Add/Update Opportunity" → Select the Appropriate Pipeline and Stage → Update Lead Source to "[Inbound Source] Form
    3. Under Opportunity, create and action for "Go To" and connect it to "Is it a weekday?" on the left side.

Save the workflow at the top right, and you are good to go.
