Editing Campaign Messages
Follow these following steps to edit any SMS or email message being sent out through Workflows. This can be done in any specific workflow, however, these are the general steps:
- Go into the specific subaccount you would like to edit
- Go to Automation and select the specific work flow (DR Offer, Lead Nurturing, Appointments and Reminders, etc)
- Click the "SMS" box, and you will see a place to edit the text on the right side of your screen
- Edit the text to what you would like it to say
- you can input custom values such as contact's first name, email, etc by selecting the "Custom Values" drop down
- Click Save Action
- Click Save in the top right corner of the screen
This will successfully edit the text in the campaign. You can do this for any of the messages (SMS or email) in the workflows.
