Pausing Database Reactivation Campaigns

If you would like to temporarily pause your Bulk Action for Database Reactivation Drip Mode for a short amount of time (i.e. holidays) you can do this by clicking the pause button within your bulk actions. Complete the following steps in the specific subaccount:

1. Go to Contacts ⟶ Bulk Actions.
2. Locate the specific Campaign you would like to pause, and click the three dots under "Actions".
3. Click Pause. This will reflect under status. 

When you would like to resume your campaign, simply repeat these steps and click Resume.
