Twilio Registration

You will be working solely in Twilio for this tutorial. This will help you get your own personal business and all your clients set up on the good side of Twilio so you can launch everything with SMS and Database Reactivation.

Primary Business Profile (your business)

  1. In Main Account View, go to Account ⟶ Trust Hub ⟶ Overview and click “Create Primary Business Profile”.
  2. Complete the following information tabs, and click “Submit for Review”.
    1. In “Customer Profiles” tab, it will state the status of review. It can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days (unfortunately, we don’t control the speed of that).
    2. AFTER the review is finalized and approved, you can move onto secondary profiles.

Secondary Business Profile (client business)

  1. In Main Account View, click the drop down menu next to your account name, select “View Subaccounts”, and search/select the subaccount you would like to register.
  2. Go to Account ⟶ Trust Hub ⟶ Customer Profiles and click “Create Secondary Profile”.
  3. Complete the following information tabs with your client’s information, and click “Submit for Review”.
    1. In “Customer Profiles” tab, it will state the status of review. It can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days (unfortunately, we don’t control the speed of that).
    2. AFTER the review is finalized and approved, you can move onto the next step.
  4. Go to Trust Hub ⟶ A2P Messaging, and click “New A2P Registration”.
  5. Complete “Create US A2P Brand” and “Register Campaign Use Cases” tabs.
    1. For “Add Senders”,  you can select the twilio number you received from GHL in their subaccount (Settings ⟶ Phone Numbers ⟶ Add New Number)
    2. For “Register Campaign Use Case”, enter the following information:
      1. Campaign Use Description - Booking Appointments
      2. Sample Message #1 - [first message of DR Lead Nurturing]
      3. Sample Message #2 - [DR Offer]
      4. Check “Messages may include embedded link”
      5. Uncheck “Messages may include phone numbers”.
    3. Click “Register Campaign Use Case”, and wait till review is complete.
