Multiple Forwarding Numbers
As of now, call forwarding by default will go to the company number unless you have updated the "Call Forwarding" field.
You can update the "Call Forwarding" field by doing the following:
- "Settings" → "Phone Numbers", click the pencil icon (edit) for the existing Twilio number in use.
- In the "Forward Call To" field, input the phone number you would like the calls to go to.
- Click "Update".
If you would like two numbers, you can always add a second Twilio number and assign that new Twilio number with another forwarding number. That would result in two numbers being contacted.
