SMS Templates

SMS templates are pre-written, non-niche-specific responses that can assist you in common Lead Nurturing experiences. This is beneficial since you will run into situations where you find yourself typing the same responses. We wanted to save you the time. The three most common responses we have preloaded for you to use:

  • Day Full - This response can be used when a lead requests a day that is fully booked and cannot be double-booked. This might be important for niches that are booking phone calls or consultation, however, may not be needed for fitness -- where multiple appointments can occur at one time. 
  • Reset - This response is probably the most commonly used template. In Lead Nurturing, the message says, “your pass begins tomorrow!”, yet a few days go by and respond believing that they missed their window. You can easily use this template to tell them that it restarted and can come when they are available -- booking an appointment.
  • Time Taken - This response can be used when a lead requests a time that is fully booked and cannot be double-booked. This is very similar to the Day Full, but gives a blank to fill in an available time. 
  • Support Bounce - This response is used when there is a question asked by a prospect that is outside your scope of appointment booking (i.e. pricing, staff members, equipment, etc.). You respond with the support bounce which orients the conversation back to the appointment setting focus.
