What are Opportunities

Every subaccount has an opportunities section so that your client can keep track of their leads and appointment outcomes they need to mark. Click “opportunities” and let’s check it out. At this point you should have one opportunity --  your test contact. Since you just opted in, the LN workflow triggered the creation of that opportunity. You’ve got the lead source being reported in the dashboard, which is super useful.

Remember when you added the tag “dr” to your test contact at the very beginning? Well, you can filter by tag in the search bar. You’ll ideally be filling up this pipeline with multiple different sources of leads, so having each lead tagged by source IN ADDITION to the lead source field in the opportunity creation action of your LN workflows is extremely useful for segmenting the opportunities that show up in the pipeline.

The next 3 steps of the pipeline are “Appt Set,” “Cancellation,” and “No Show.” Ideally, a lead will never enter the cancellation or no show steps, but it may happen.
