Adding a Twilio Number
Complete the following steps to add a Twilio number within your sub-account. AT this point, it is assumed you have completely integrated Twilio at the agency level.
Within your sub-account:
- Go to "Settings" → "Phone Numbers"
- Click the green "+ Add Number" button
- In the pop-up, select your desired country, and the area code of the location
- Select "Search"
- Select any of the available phone numbers (there will be a $1 monthly charge for the phone number)
- Click "Save"
Once that is complete, you have successfully added a phone number for the sub-account.
