Personal Appointments Appearing in GHL

When you have integrated a google or outlook account into GHL, you may notice that some of your appointments that you have put on your personal calendar are now added to GHL and show up as contacts. This is most likely due to the integration settings within your selected GHL calendar. To fix this, complete the following steps:

  1. Go into your desired sub-account
  2. Go to "Settings" → "Calendars"
  3. Select your calendar (this issue will only occur with unassigned calendars)
  4. Go to the "Team & Event Setup" tab and locate "Sync Option"
  5. Change the sync option from "Two-Way" to "One-Way"
  6. Click "Save"
