Call Recording in GHL

We strongly recommend you automatically record all of your sales calls when prospecting or communicating with clients. We could go into all the benefits, but honestly, its just overall best practices when conducting business. Follow the steps to enable call recording:

  1. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers (within your subaccount)
  2. Click the pencil icon for the phone number in use
  3. Check the box for "Call Recording" and type in a message.
  4. Click Update

**Your recorded call will appear in the contact's conversation. You can click play to listen to the recording (see below)
