Adding a Physical Coupon

One way to build sales momentum and excitement for walk-in appointments is to send the contact a representation of the offer they've received. For example, if you are offering a 10-day pass for a gym, once they have booked their appointment, send them a picture of their pass along with their first confirmation telling them to show this text at the front desk.

Here is how you implement this strategy:

  1. Click Coupon Template
  2. Select "File" → "Make a Copy" → "Selected Slide"
  3. Customize the coupon based on your client's information and offer.
  4. Click "Download" → "PNG File"
  5. Go to the "Appt Confirmation" Workflow and attach the file to the first confirmation SMS.
  6. Click "Save"
