Messaging a Contact in Automation

Most of the time, you will have a number of contacts within your automation. What happens if they send a message and you want to reply back with a personal message through GHL that would not be covered in your automation? Will this message screw up the automation? Or worse, will it stop the workflow completely? Here's the answer for you:

the only reason a workflow will stop due to any messaging would be if it was considered "stop on response". This means if the contact responded to the workflow, it will stop the automation. However, our workflows should have this turned off (especially appt reminders), so you shouldnt run into any issues.

In addition, the LN workflow should still be active after human back and forth, and will only delete after the appt is set (or it's been removed manually)
