Appointment is set but not firing the reminders

If the appointment is set, but not firing the reminders, complete the following steps for preliminary trouble shooting:

  1. Ensuring the Set Appointments are Linked To Workflow
    1. Refresh the page.
    2. On the right hand side, under "Active Workflows", see if the "Appointment Confirmation and Reminders" has appeared. If not, continue to the next step.
    3. Go to "Settings" → "Calendars", click the three dots next to your sales calendar, and select "edit"
    4. "Go to the "(3) Confirmation" tab, and click the check box for "Let the calendar auto confirm my appointment"
    5. Click "Complete".
    6. Go back to the contact's conversation to ensure the appointment has been confirmed and is in the workflow.

  2. Locating the issue within the Workflow
    1. Locate the contact's workflow history (you can see how to do this HERE)
    2. Under the "Status" column look for the "failed" or "finished" status. 
    3. Click "More Details" to determine what caused the failure or removal from workflow
    4. Make the necessary changes to the contact or workflow.
    5. If unable to find issue, send it DR Tech Request under War Chest Services.
