Multiple Opportunities for 1 Contact

Take your DR lead nurturing workflow (which is where the opportunity is first created), click on that opportunity creation action, toggle off "ALLOW OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE TO ANY PREVIOUS STAGE IN PIPELINE" and toggle on "ALLOW DUPLICATE OPPORTUNITIES."

Subsequent workflows like "Appt Confirmation and Reminders" and "Cancellation Rebooking" that affect a contact's opportunity card will automatically apply to the most recently created opportunity.
